David brings more than 16 years of government contracting experience spanning entrepreneurship, procurement, project management, and federal business advisory services. He launched his first government contracting business while still in college and went on to win four government contracts, gaining firsthand experience navigating the federal marketplace.
During his senior year at Florida International University, he worked within the Broward County Purchasing Division on a systems requirements project involving government procurement processes and public purchasing operations. He later served as a Federal Business Advisor, helping businesses navigate registrations, certifications, compliance requirements, and federal growth strategies while supporting clients pursuing more than $85 million in government contract awards.
Today, David personally leads CCR’s strategic initiatives, designed the AI-powered FEDCON Command Center, and continues to work directly with clients to help them pursue opportunities and execute their federal growth strategies.
